Services Provided

Joburg Adventures provides travel and adventure services including but not limited to:

• Safari and wildlife tours
• Cultural and heritage tours
• Beach holidays and resort bookings
• Transportation and logistics
• Flight and accommodation reservations

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

Travel Requirements

• Valid passport and visa (where applicable).
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health requirements for their destination.

Liability

Joburg Adventures acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
• Loss or damage to personal property.
• injury, illness, or death during travel (except where caused by our negligence).
• Changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.

User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Behave respectfully towards staff and service providers.
• Comply with local laws and regulations during travel.
• Respect wildlife and natural environments during tours.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Joburg Adventures and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
